This project is located in Ningcheng County, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Due to uneven settlement observed in four 4,000 m³ liquid ammonia spherical tanks during production operations, Chifeng Zhongji New Energy Co., Ltd. commissioned the design and construction of foundation reinforcement measures for the affected areas.
The project commenced on March 9, 2022, and was completed on August 12, 2022, spanning a total of 157 calendar days. The foundation reinforcement involved high-pressure jet grouting piles combined with drilling and grouting techniques. A total of 609 high-pressure jet grouting piles with a diameter of 800 mm and 637 grouting holes with a diameter of 150 mm were completed. According to third-party inspection results, the qualification rate of the piles reached 100%, meeting all design specifications, owner acceptance requirements, and contractual quality standards. The grouting reinforcement tasks were successfully accomplished.
